Multiple sclerosis – A CASE REPORT

Holistic and Non-Invasive Management for Multiple Sclerosis: A Case Report on the Role of Chakrasiddh Spine Expert Therapy (CSET)

Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a long-term condition that affects the brain and spinal cord, which can cause problems with movement, strength, vision, balance, sensation, and energy.

A 24-year-old man who had been living with multiple sclerosis (MS) for about two years experienced significant difficulties in daily life. He had weak grip strength, severe tiredness, hand tremors, double vision, and increasing weakness in movement. His pain level was rated 8 out of 10, and his overall disability was high.

He received an individualized Chakrasiddh Spine Expert Therapy (CSET) programme for two months. The programme included gentle manual therapies, Marma-based techniques, spinal correction, yoga-based exercises, lifestyle guidance, dietary support, and energy-balancing sessions.

Following therapy and subsequent follow-up, the patient showed marked improvement in movement, his tremors reduced, weakness was felt only sometimes, fatigue, pain, and overall quality of life saw a positive side. His pain score decreased from 8/10 to 1/10. His MS disability score improved from 9 before treatment to 2 at follow-up, while his Functional Assessment of MS score changed from 158 to 102. Improvements were reported to remain during the six-month follow-up.
